This service, "TF-AI Code Security" ("the Service"), is provided as a free web system. By using it, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following disclaimer.
1. Free of charge, provided "as is"
The Service is provided free of charge and "AS IS". The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of the Service.
2. Disclaimer regarding analysis results
Detection results may include false positives (detections that are not actual problems) and false negatives (actual problems not detected). AI verdicts, rationales and confidence scores are inferences, not confirmed facts.
3. Disclaimer regarding applying fix proposals
Whether to adopt and apply fix proposals generated by the Service (including patches, fix branches and Draft PRs) is at the user's own judgment and responsibility. The Company is not liable for defects, behavior changes, data corruption or any other damage arising from applying a fix proposal. Always review and test thoroughly in your own environment before applying.
4. Handling of user code and data
Users warrant that they hold legitimate rights to the source code and repositories they register for analysis. Registering or analyzing code that infringes third-party rights is prohibited. Upon account deletion, personal information associated with the account (display name, email address, credentials) is removed from the system.
5. Changes, suspension and termination of the Service
The Company may change, suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice and is not liable for any damage this causes to users. Back up important data at your own responsibility.
6. Disclaimer regarding external service integrations
The Service integrates with external services such as Google and Microsoft account authentication, Git hosting services and notification services. The Company is not liable if all or part of the Service becomes unavailable due to specification changes, outages or discontinuation of these external services.
7. Prohibited uses
Using the Service to prepare or carry out attacks on third-party systems, to analyze code without authorization, or for purposes that violate laws or public order is prohibited. If a violation is found, the Company may suspend use or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Service (including but not limited to direct damage, indirect damage, lost profits, and loss or corruption of data).
9. Production use and use in regulated industries
The free edition of the Service is intended for evaluation and verification purposes.
10. Changes to this disclaimer
The Company may revise this disclaimer as necessary. The revised disclaimer takes effect when posted on this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
